How long does an order take?
Every order is made from scratch, so please allow 2 to 3 weeks for completion. Tell us if you have a deadline and we'll keep you updated all the way.
Will I see the design first?
Always. We send the design through for your approval before anything is printed or engraved.
Can I make up my own gift box?
You're more than welcome to make up your own combo, or swap an item in one of our existing combos. Every combo includes a personalised gift box.
Is there a design fee?
A design & set-up fee (from R50) covers design time and consumables. It depends on the number of items and is shown on your quote.
Do you deliver?
Yes. Collect your order, or we courier it (2 to 3 days). We pack everything as safely as possible.
How do I pay?
Full payment is needed before we start on your order. We'll send the details with your quote.
